365,000 sq. ft. office complex and 201,000 sq. ft. of parking
Assisted the maintenance and security in making a seamless transition to Jones Lang LaSalle.
Saved the portfolio $300,000 by renegotiating vendor contracts and brought an additional
$67,000 to the Jones Lang LaSalle portfolio.
