Repairman:
Worked within the body & white department. Responsible
for fitting all hoods, doors, and deck lids on vehicles.
Ensured all fits were completed or repaired prior to leaving
final line.
Water test Inspector:
Conner Avenue Assembly Plant, Detroit, Wayne County
Responsible for water testing all vehicles (Dodge Viper) to
ensure units wee free of leaks. Made repairs as required. Part of
Water Test Team tasked with resolving leak issues to include
root cause analysis and problem solving.
Manufacturing Quality Assurance Assessment/Enhanced
Environmental Management Coordinator:
Responsible for scheduling, documenting, and conducting all
Internal and External Quality/Environmental assessments, to
include follow-up reviews of all corrective/preventive actions.
Co-Chaired the MQAS/EEMS Steering Committee meetings i
including assigning action items to responsible Management
personnel as required.
Assessment Paint Repair:
Inspected all vehicles for paint repairs and repaired as needed.
Consultant to MSX International (supplier) to ensure all painted
panel defects were addressed and eliminated.
Oct 1994- June 1996 Team Coordinator/Sprayer:
Jefferson North Assembly Plant, Detroit, Wayne County
Conducted paint spraying operations, sand/masking, and
finesse deck. Responsible for all team functions I.e.
timekeeping, job preparation, job evaluations and training.
Maintained all safety, quality, delivery, cost,maintenance
(SQDCM) information to ensure all items were meant per
corporate mandates and government regulations.
