Managed a team of 11 employees. Responsible for all outgoing products,
FMEA, Process Control, Corrective Actions Requests and implementation
of new plating processes. Implemented continuous improvement plans on all
plating lines.

Design & Setup of closed-loop “0” discharge D.I. water system for plating
operation. Process control for captive plating shop with nickel sulfamate,
electroless nickel and silver plating for RF/Microwave Company.

Team player in a start up in both development and manufacturing for multilayer
ceramic packages and pin grid arrays.
FMEA Team Member. Co-Developed a Prototype Copper Plating line for “thin
film” semiconductor technology supporting the cooperative AT&T Bell Labs
project. Set up new electrolytic and electroless plating processes while improving
existing production process. Set up and performed preventative and routine
maintenance on analytical and production plating equipment. Maintained and
developed wet chemistry for electroless and electrolytic nickel, gold, palladium,
and copper plating baths. Reduced cost in excess of $750k by performing periodic
analysis in manufacturing.
