Order Processing is to provide automated end to end to Order Management process for Enterprise customers. Activities involved in Order Management to Create Customer and Services for the customer for the Wire line Range of Products POTS,PBX, IPVPN_L3, DEDICATED_INTERNET, ISDN, etc). Uploading the Order file in XML format received from the Central File Server after it has been processed by different System Servers (such as Selectica, Clarify server, Clarity server, ADC (Billing), OMS server and sent for reconciliation in Sap ERP/3 Database. The xml File is been decomposed into different sections such as Customer Profile, Location details Service Details. Stored Procedures written in each section is run and if properly decomposed and the order xml file is then send to the Network Provisioning System Clarity (OSS).
