securing or negotiating favorable terms. Identify and select most suitable vendor to procure requisitioned

supplies/materials, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery date and place orders.

Maintain product costs at its optimum level through monitoring of price trends. Order merchandise and

maintain stock level of regular items to identify preventive & contingent actions to protect it. Receive and

write orders and relay pertinent information to customers. Train, schedule and supervise all personnel. Set

up individual daily schedules. Clean and perform preventative maintenance on cases, back room coolers,
