Responsibilities: Handle guest and patron slip and fall, lost missing,
bodily injury and property damage claims. Review medical treatment to
verify it was in line for the claim. Review property damage estimates and
receipts and verify they are related to the claim. Prepare file for
litigation. Assess potential risks on property for City Center. Communicate
direct with claimant attorneys to resolve claim prior to litigation.

Strategic Warranty Services Inspector
Responsibilities: Worked independently conducting field inspections of
residential and commercial structures in accordance with the requirements
of a class action lawsuit involving masonite hardboard siding. Developed
and submitted detailed reports based on professional judgment and findings.
This included the integration of written documentation, digital
photographs, detailed diagrams and other data as needed.

2003-2006 GAB Robins-York Claims Service - Independent Adjuster/Examiner
Responsibilities: Independent Adjuster - Acted as a liaison between
Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, One Beacon and GAB Robins on national
accounts. Communicate directly with GAB Robins staff regarding procedures
in handling of commercial trucking accounts. Served as a representative for
Atlantic Mutual during litigation/mediation proceedings, verified coverage,
communicated with the insured, claimants, attorneys and other parties as
required.
York Claims Service - Examiner - Examiner reviewing field adjuster's
estimates on residential and commercial hurricane claims. Reviewed estimate
to verify estimates are consistent with damages on medium and large losses.
2002-2003 Cunningham Lindsey
Core Adjuster/ Examiner
Responsibilities: Provided assistance to branches throughout the United
States with work overflow in handling property and casualty claims
including field and in-house assignments. Evaluated risk and determined
cause of loss, extent of damages and completed a detailed estimate for
coverage A and Coverage C claims. Settled claim payments with public
adjusters and the insured. Required travel of 98% of time responding to
snow, ice, water, mold, pipe burst, roof leaks, theft, fire and wind
claims. Additional duties included the review of field adjuster's estimates

Responsibilities: Contract as an independent adjuster handling property and
casualty claims for State Farm Claims office in Charleston, WV and Farmers
Insurance in Denver, CO. Completed all assignments in a timely manner.
Accomplishments included submitting the largest volume of fraud and arson
claims to the SIU unit in the state of West Virginia. Processed large
volume of total loss - arson - theft - fraud vehicle claims. I handled a
heavy volume of fatality and litigation claims in Denver, CO.
