Management

The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Next Generation Air

Transportation System (NextGen) is a modernization of our national airspace

system, starting with Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B)

technology to improve the safety, capacity and efficiency of aviation while

accommodating future air traffic growth.

Primary responsibilities are to locate and secure land based communication

sites throughout the Southwest to receive NextGen equipment. The effort

requires working closely with RF engineering, radio equipment engineers,

and microwave engineering teams to develop workable solutions in difficult,

offshore, desert, and mountainous terrain. Initiating lease agreements with

various landlords including corporate, private, and municipal types, as

well as coordinating A/E, structural, and environmental efforts is required

to achieve project success.

Backhaul Coordinator - Chicago, Illinois

Primary responsibilities are to coordinate telco backhaul for LEC, Fiber,

and Microwave for 550+ Sprint WiMAX (4G) cell sites.

Managed a Consolidation Project consisting of 85+ existing sites and the

effort was to overlay new Sprint (CDMA) sites onto existing Nextel (iDEN)

sites.

Project managed an ATM re-branding project (change ATM signage to reflect a

Project Manager - Irvine, California

Primary responsibilities were to manage all phases of a multiple cell site

"capacity" project in the Los Angeles area.

Retail Project / Construction Manager - Real Estate and Facilities -

Schaumburg, Illinois

Managed 38 new retail projects. Projects included new stores and kiosks

including, expansions, remodels, relocations, and closings.

Additional responsibilities were to assist in site selection by evaluating

potential candidates from a design and construction feasibility standpoint,

coordinating the delivery and installation of owner supplied material

(millwork, lighting fixtures, slat wall / display systems, signage,

security systems, furniture, etc.), quality assurance, project inspection,

and day-to-day problem solving.

included initial project start-up, assembling a 16 member team (managers to

Managed the A/E phase for a 150+ new cell site build-out project.

Completed a 9 month assignment for the development and construction for two

Data Centers facilities.

SECURITY CLEARANCES

Q Clearance - Granted a United States Department of Energy (DOE) security

clearance equivalent to a United States Department of Defense Top Secrete

(TS) clearance. The security clearance represents a thorough and complete

background investigation covering 10 years of life history. The

investigation reviewed public, private, moral, character-related, business,

and family issues. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conducted the

investigation over an 18 month period. Current Status - INACTIVE.

FAA Clearance - Granted a United States Department of Transportation (DOT)

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contractor security clearance. The

Office of Personnel Management (OPM) conducted the investigation. Current

Status - ACTIVE.
