Preparation of single lines, schematics, assembly drawings for factory and

• Fatima Fertilizer Plant.
This plant is located in the Punjab region of Pakistan and it is the largest fertilizer
plant of Pakistan. Overall project value is more than one billion US Dollar. Siemens
was awarded the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of switchgears and
transformers. Work includes
Designing of Low voltage motor control centers and Power distribution
panels.
Designing of 11kV medium voltage switchgears for generator and turbines
projects.
Preparation of control schemes.
Selection of transformers.
Technical meetings with consultant.
Carrying out the detail study of site about load study, substation locations,
cable routings and interfaces with Yuokogawa DCS.
Planning the site activities of installation, testing and commissioning team.
Monitoring the site team activities by visiting sites on planned intervals.
• Bhikki Power Plant.
225MW combined cycle power plant project is located in Lahore awarded to
Siemens Pakistan by EPC contractor DESCON. Work includes
Designing of Low voltage motor control centers, feeder pillars, transformer
skid units.
Designing of 11kV medium voltage switchgears for generator and turbines.
Designing of DC power system.
Preparation of control schemes.
Technical meetings with EPC contractor.
• Various projects of PARCO refinery.
Pak Arab oil refinery (PARCO) is one of the largest oil refineries of Pakistan. Its
facilities are located in Multan region of Pakistan. Work includes
Designing of Low voltage motor control centers, generator control and power
panels.

• BHP Zamzama Gas Field projects.
BHP Zamzama gas field is one of the largest gas fields in Sind region of Pakistan.
Project was awarded to Siemens Pakistan through BHP Billiton Australia. Work
includes
Designing of Low voltage motor control centers, generator control and power
panels.
Technical meetings with consultant AKER Kvaerner.
• Reliance India Oil and Gas project.
An offshore facility Low voltage switchgear project was awarded to Siemens
Pakistan from Siemens USA. Work includes
Designing of Smart low voltage motor control centers using Siemens motor
management relay SIMOCODE.
Preparation of schematics with interfaces with DCS.
Programming of SIMOCODE relays.
Commissioning of low voltage motors.
• Ruwais Fertil Plant UAE.
Ruwais Fertil plant is one of the largest fertilizer plants in Abu Dhabi. Project was
awarded to Siemens Pakistan through EPC contractor DESCON. Work includes
Designing of Low voltage motor control centers.
Designing of 11kV medium voltage switchgears.
Preparation of control schemes.
Technical meetings with consultant Worley parson and EPC contractor
DESCON.
• Gul Ahmed Textile Project.
Gul Ahmed is one of the largest textile units of Pakistan. Work includes
Designing of WAKESHA engine power panels.
Designing of coupler panel with live-live synchronization facility of various
400V buses
Interface drawings preparation with Generator governor and AVR modules.
Testing and commissioning of Woodward’s synchronization module.
