Worked as Deputy Manager-Safety in large scale Chemical process industry i.e., M/s

Mysore Paper Mills, Bhadravathi, Shimoga District. An ISO 9001: 2000, ISO

14001:2004, certified Company and MAH unit with stocking capacity of toxic Chlorine gas

450 tons,

A Karnataka State Govt. Public Sector company, I served for period of 25 Years in

different positions. Company is manufacturing Pulp, Paper and Sugar with the work force of

around 6000.

b) Falcon Tyres Limited, Mysore – 4 years 2 months

Worked as Assistant General Manager – Safety & Fire in Rubber Industry i.e., M/s

Falcon Tire’s Limited, Mysore. I was a Head of the Safety Division and looking all the

activities regarding Safety & Fire aspects. Company is manufacturing 2 & 3 wheelers Tyres,

tubes, and flaps with the workforce of around 3200.

Presently Working as Senior Manager – Safety & Fire in Automobile Industry i.e.,

M/S Volvo Buses India Pvt. Limited, Bengaluru an ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001:2004

certified Company. I am heading Safety & Fire and looking all the deeds regarding Safety &

Fire aspects. Company is manufacturing world class City and Coach VOLVO Buses with the

Duties & Responsibilities:

Carrying out all the responsibilities envisaged under Rule 88A (3) of Karnataka Factories Rules

– 1969 and other related works assigned by the Management.

Responsible for Planning, Organizing, Designing safety department & Preparing Safety &
