Application Analyst for Orders and CPOE. Received certification from EPIC in July of 2008 for Orders and Orders Transmittal. Received Proficiency in ASAP in July of 2009. Worked on CPOE project by building Physician Navigators, Phases of Care, Inbasket and 246 Order Sets, also involved in Validation sessions and meetings with the Resident Super Users, and testing and validation for the Summer 2009 code upgrade. Within my Career at Cerner Corporation I have held multiple positions. The positions held are Product Specialist, Team Leader, Practice Leader, Knowledge Leader, SR. Solution Architect and Resource Manager. Responsibilities include managing up to 18 associates during 30+ Integration tests and Go Lives for the Accelerated Solution Center over a 2 year period. During this 2 year period I was exposed to many Cerner Solutions and helped bring multiple Solution issues to resolution. Created first Integration test scripts for Accelerated Solution Center for first Conversion in the Accelerated Solution Center. Performed Performance Reviews for up to 18 associates on a yearly basis. Designed and Built Clients Clinical Reporting Databases, reviewed multiple Client’s Clinical Reporting Databases for efficiency and verify all patient populations were receiving their Clinical Reports and the correct content was printing on those Clinical Reports. Taught Database Build Classes for Clients at Client Sites and on Cerner Campus. Involved in Expedites and Remote Reporting Database builds and troubleshooting. Also knowledgable with Device Viewer and Operations setup for Clinical Reporting. Troubleshot Clinical Reporting for both Classic and Millennium for 10 years in Client Support Center.
