creation of an MD&D Supply Chain Center of Competency (CoC) for providing governance, business process subject
matter expertise and internal capabilities to rapidly deploy the remaining MD&D sites at significantly reduced costs over
the next several years. The CoC will also provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.

SAP SCM Reporting Consultant
This was a new SAP implementation project. Implementation was done in two phases. First phase is for the finance
and controlling part. The second phase is for the supply chain area. This project includes BW implementation for business
warehousing.
Responsibilities:
My role in this project was to analyze the reports in the legacy ERP system with standard SAP system and
•
suggest reports needed for custom development .
I have collected all the reports available in the legacy ERP system (MFGPRO) and explained the reporting
•
functionalities in the standard SAP system to the users and showed printout from the standard SAP system by
modifying layouts and key figures needed to match with the legacy system reports .
I suggested reports for custom developments that are not available in the standard SAP reporting.

I have segregated custom reports in two categories based on the business criticalities. Category one are Z
reports (ABAP development), those reports are needed during the business hours . The other category is BW
reports, which are analytical reports or reports that take lot of system resources to execute.

SAP PP-PI consultant
SAP implementation was done, release by release. For every release cluster of affiliates will be added for
implementation. There are totally 13 Releases, but the 13th release was total up gradation for ECC version. APO
and BW were also implemented.
Responsibilities:
I was involved in implementing SAP PP PI module in one of the affiliates in release 12. I was there for the full life
•
cycle implementation.
I participated in business requirement gathering workshops for bulk manufacturing network and packaging
•
operations and captured the As Is processes and business requirements. I developed future state business
processes to address the business requirements. I have identified gaps in standard SAP and developed functional
specifications for enhancements, which included interface to MES, custom reports, and execution activities from
PI sheet.
My work included setup of the configuration for process management which included control recipe destination

for generation of PI sheets, custom process instructions to report consumption, goods receipts, labor and
machine activities and custom process message categories and message destinations to perform multiple
production execution and inventory postings.
I have done configuration to support the execution process in PP PI which included multiple process order types

with different settlement rules, order type dependant parameters, automatic goods receipt, milestone
confirmations, MRP groups and MRP parameters, production scheduling profile, scheduling margin key, control

reporting requirements. I have developed and conducted "Train the Trainer" classes to power users on future state
business process, master data design and impact on processes, and SAP transaction for reporting and correcting

I have provided production support after go live; responsibilities included trouble shooting issues in production and

resolving them, providing support if users have questions or issues with the new processes and functionality in
