Drg., and SAP QM Setting) Working on various new development activity

(Quality).

rework & rejection through KAIZEN & POKA-YOKE.

engines ranging from 2.5 HP to 7200 HP having a wide range of applications

in agriculture, power generation, industrial, earth moving and marine

propulsion.

. Incoming Inspection at receipt stage of all the castings, forgings (5 'c'

Components - crank case, cylinder head, crank shaft, cam shaft, con rod),

sheet metal components, bar, rubber and plastic components

. Detailed lay out checking of Prototype samples of all the above

components.

. Independent handling of quality related complaints of above components on

production line (1000 PPM).

. Reduction in cost of inspection by improving the gauges & fixture for

casting averaging and machining.

. Prepare written reports of inspection observations, review of corrective

actions,. and provide Quality Assurance Statements for systems assessed.

. Good exposure of problem solving techniques like, Quality Circles, why -

why analysis, Kaizen, Poka - yoke(7 QC tools)

product according to the requirements of the customer.

. Vendor: To see vendor development. To maintain non-conformity register

for supplier, collect corrective and preventive action from the supplier &

monitor effectiveness for the same. Responsible for evaluation & quality

rating of supplier.

. To provide support to purchase dept. for evaluation of new supplier. To

return the material to the supplier in case of the material is not as per

the order specifications. As well as vender audit as per plan.
