• Experience in erection & commissioning PCB production line including direct metallization Shadow line, photo printing (DFR & PISM), electro plating line, strip-etch-strip line, Utility & ETP.

• Experience of developing Photo lithography Lab in Plasma Display Technology Lab, recognized for its indigenous development of front & back plate patterning by chemical etching & sand blasting process.

Work Experience:

Moser Baer Solar Limited. as Asst. Manager Operation (Since Nov.2008to Jan.2013).

MBSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moser Baer India Limited with the primary objective of enabling reliable solar power as a competitive non-subsidized source of energy. MBSL is the 1st company in India, a largest Thin Film module manufacturing Co.

Job Profile: Worked as Asst. Manager Operation in Thin Film Solar module manufacturing vertical. having 40 MW a-Si manufacturing capacity, with 60 MW c-Si Cell manufacturing line & 80 MW module manufacturing line capacities.

Production:

• Ensure Manufacturing, and Maintenance departments operates efficiently, maintain production and quality standards and achieve unit and corporate objectives.

• Assist the activities of the team to ensure timely production, packing and shipping at or below established cost with accepted standards for quality and services.

• Monitor the scheduling and rescheduling of production work for manufacturing to ensure timely production

• To assure timely deliveries to the customers ensure coordination of production dates, schedules and other relevant information & works closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor to implement capacity changes.

• Ensures the Maintenance Supervisor implements and maintains successful preventive maintenance programs for equipments and facility within allotted time.

• Responsible for safety, quality, delivery and value of the manufacturing shop floor

• Leads the continuous improvement process in the team & continual improvement dynamics within the department, and ensures implementation of the appropriate tools (lean, six sigma, 5S etc.)

• To achieve a safe work environment, ensure that all safety and housekeeping standards are adequate assesses regularly the compliance with the existing standards and ensure that corrective action is taken when required, also ensures that all safety issues are addressed properly.

• Complying with local employment guidelines evaluate, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce to meet company objectives .

Project Engineering:

• Conceptualize the Manufacturing Line as per Process requirement.

• Line balancing and Layout preparation based on capacity requirement.

• Installation and commissioning of SUN FAB Mfg. Lines/Equipments.

• Networking with various interrelated departments & vendor sourcing for new development as well as indigenizing.

• Handled process improvement project.

• Coordinating with the product development including requirement analysis, planning, finalizing specifications, and prototype development.

• New product development, trial & validation & day to day interaction with project/ sales team to module installation process improvements.

On Site Projects:

• Worked with a team of six engineers in defining developing solar plant supports structures, solar panels/ modules and electric power generation units.

• Projects execution: have experiences of module arrays connection, combiners boxes, cable laying calculation, inverters installing and commissioning.

• Cable laying for array junction boxes and string combiner boxes till L.T. Panels.

• Working on HT panels & Switchyard equipments with there commissioning, testing, cable laying etc under guidance.

• As a part of Moser Baer family has to actively involve in 5S, Kaizen’s and suggestion schemes.

• Also responsible for action taken for the product degrading.

• Suggesting possible improvements that are technically feasible for future projects of the company.

Projects Handled:

• Successfully commissioned manufacturing line for Thin Film solar panel module.

• Successfully concepted and developed various mounting systems for grounding & roof top arrangements of c-Si as well as a-Si thin film photovoltaic modules.

• Solar Projects:-

25 MW Solar Project Zainabad, Gujarat on commissioned.

30 MW Solar Project Patan, Gujarat commissioned.

Previous Experience:

SAMTEL COLOR LTD. Since Nov’04 to Nov.08 as Asst.Manager– Project & Product development with A reputed company in Ghaziabad

Job Profile:

• Installation & commissioning of Plasma Display Panel Photolithography line.

• Handling the process optimization of the patterning of silver address electrodes(screen printing), indium tin oxide electrodes (photo printing & chemical etching), sand blasted barrier ribs, transparent dielectric layers lamination, and black matrix on the large size glass substrate of 50” PDP with very high accuracy.

• Process designing, up-dating and developing lithography machineries like pre-cleaner and pre-heaters, dry film laminators, dry film developer, DFR stripper & etching machine.

• Developing vendor for various process and consumables of plasma display panel like flexible interface circuits, large size screen printing stencil, masks, etc.

• Controlling all over the wet-process area to get better yield & minimize the rejection & repeatability of the well set process & product on the line.

Projects Handled:

1) Installation & commissioning of Plasma Display Panel Photolithography Laboratory.

Previous Experience:

Fine Line Circuit Co. Manjusar Ind. Area Savli Distt.Vadodara, Apr’01- Nov’04 as Deputy Manager - Production with (A 100% Export Oriented PCB Manufacturer)

• Successfully erected & commissioned whole PCB production line including direct metallization Shadow line, photo printing, electro plating line, strip-etch-strip line, utility & effluent treatment plant under guidance.

• Executing the production plan & effectively monitoring the process. Strategically planning the procurement of resources & their optimum utilization.
