COMPUTER SCIENCE STAFF IV. Responsible for execution of the Software
Quality Assurance processes to monitor the maintenance of Flight Support
Software for the Shuttle Avionics Integration Laboratory (SAIL). Conduct
Process/Product reviews and ensure preventive and corrective actions are
implemented per requirements. Ensure compliance to contractual, company
and quality requirements. Provide orientation on Quality Management
Systems. Analyze process capabilities and recommende process improvements.
Lead the Audit Team in performance of audits for all Process Areas.
Served as the Subject Matter Expert while implementing CMMI Level V
organizational structure. Served as the Mission Assurance Representative
for the Flight Software Element. Also served as the Government Industry
Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) Representative for the Flight Software
Element. Supported Lean Six Sigma and CMMI Projects. Obtained Lean Six
Sigma Certification in January 2007.

COMPUTER SCIENCE STAFF IV. Responsible for the establishment and execution
of the Software Quality Assurance processes to monitor the development of
Flight Software for Cockpit Avionics Upgrades (CAU). Developed the CAU
Software Quality Assurance Plan, the annual audit plan and perform audits
accordingly. Supported technical evaluations, peer reviews and design
reviews to ensure adherence to procedures. Performed process assessments,
product assessments and subcontractor assessments. Successfully integrated
Safety, Quality and Mission Assurance analysis into the software system
design, planning, and procurement of software development processes.
Provided management with appropriate visibility into processes and the
quality of the software product being built.

ENGINEER STAFF iii. Worked as an Avionic System Engineer in the Shuttle
Avionics Integration Laboratory (SAIL). Responsible for integrated
operation of systems, establishment of test article configuration,
investigation of test anomalies and conducting evaluation of avionics
systems performance. Planned and conducted System Design Reviews.
Participated in Test Design Reviews for the development of test procedures.
Experienced in all phases of integration testing for hardware and

system requirements reviews, design reviews, design changes and
enhancements. Investigated process escapes and monitored corrective
actions. Ensured that test configuration activities were documented,
traceable and records were retained.
