To find out exactly how long it was in the ramp after reach the
destination. Hence the system was not in place this mart will helpful to
calculate the Detention charges.

This mart helps to find out the CSR call duration, LPD by each client and
person, target achievers, commitment towards delivery. It will be used as
substitute during Siebel downtime.

Visio, Ingress and Oracle 8.x.
