providing full service Production support & minor enhancement support for their
Oracle EBS.
Role Was involved & responsible in/for the following activities:
• Worked as the Finance Module Expert in GAMS model.
• Worked & supported various implementation & release teams for
application setups, documentation & few solution design documents
owned by the client like setup doc, MD docs& test docs.
• Interacting with the client and understanding their problems
/requirements.
• Leading the closing activities of the client on a monthly, quarterly and

Role Was involved & responsible in/for the following activities:
• Coordinating as the project manager of the team from the offshore
location and also acting as the Oracle apps consultant to gather the
requirements for the clients for the KPI dashboard development using
OBIEE with the intermediary ETL layer.

• Led the team of 4 and coordinated the delivery of the business objectives
during the US time zone.
• Worked on the escalation management and priority handling of the
critical issues as the SPOC during my onsite deputation and achieved the
timely delivery of the required resolution and also created preventive
