developed spreadsheets that is highly detailed and enables us to track
reoccurring issues that she reports to Advent and Management. The
spreadsheet ensures all new accounts and prospects are actively managed
in the set up process.
She drives hard to locate feed problems, fixes them, contacts Advent or
trains other team members so errors are not repeated. She has extensive
knowledge of her job and has added significant value in our push to
provide a scalable process for our WAS and MAG initiatives. Constance is
always willing to help and will go the extra mile to assist and train
anyone who asks. Constance successfully backs up the reconciliation and
Dataport process. Often she uses that time to continue to share her
knowledge with other team members and further their training. Constance
is proactive in ensuring accounts are added to the feed at the earliest
