Production Management
Focused on making sure clients projects were produced effectively and on -schedule as well as on-budget.

Management Experience
Restructured the prepress department in order to maximize the utilization of Macintosh computer operators
in stripping process that led to a reduction in overtime by $2,000 per week.
Initiated and implemented a two team system whereas four people worked Monday through Wednesday
and four Thursday through Saturday, with each team working 12 hour days and waiving overtime that
ultimately saved $110,000 in overtime costs per year.
Developed and implemented an all digital workflow proce ss that reduced the cost of buying film,
developer, processors and analog proofing materials that saved the company $45,000 per month.
Analyzed color proofing problem that led to changing color proofing vendor resulting in resolution of color
issues and reduction in make ready press time from 5 hours to 1 -1/2 hours per job saving $2,500 per order.
Proposed and implemented a single computer solution to handling peripherals that saved $5000.

drop-ins and direct mail campaigns brought in new business for successful and reputable high-quality offset printer in Orange
County. Managed accounts from initial meeting including sales presentations, estimates, client entertainment, press checks and
delivering of final product samples.
Ducommun Aerostructures, Monrovia CA Expeditor 2007 – 2009. Tracked, documented and kept daily tabulations for all the
parts, tools and consumables necessary to keep manufacturing at its peak in the Falcon Winglet Department. Conducted twice
daily meetings with department managers, ensuring parts were ordered, making sure parts ordered were on-schedule/delivered
