While working at Medco Health Soultions I learned a lot of great customer service techniques.With this
company we handled patients healthcare information and their prescriptions they needed sent to them.
To work at Medco you had to be trained in M.A.G.I.C. and take your patients information very carefully.I learned
all about the rules and violations of the H.I.P.P.A. assocation and was trained very specifically on my course of
work there.The training process was three weeks and every couple weeks we were trained on a new program
and would learn it in hours then take our calls and be monitored on them.I learned as well to navigate through
many screens at one time and begin to type at over 35 w.p.m.
