Since July'10 with VIVA Bahrain as Executive - Billing Operation and
Configuration
. Reporting to Manager Billing & Collection, my key areas of responsibility
are managing Billing & Collection tasks like Bill Generation, Dunning,
Invoicing, e-Billing, Collection, Payment Channel Performance and Bill
Printing. Other responsibilities are system configuration monitoring,
product testing, process management and training.
. Project Lead for the development of new payment channel; successfully
deployed Direct Debit Channel, Voucher Bill Payment and Quick Pay. Also
responsible for payment channel performance and send weekly/monthly
dashboard to management.
. Pivotal member of Mobile Number Portability Team and participated in all
the phases of project.
. Design Test Scenarios for new Release and pass valuable feedback to
Business and IT in case of any shortcomings.
. Actively involved with all stakeholders to oversee Billing Operation,
Collection and Support processes. Regularly update the processes as per
the new requirements.
. Plan and execute Bill Simulation to ensure error free Bill Run and also
eliminate complaints by taking proactive actions.

selecting sample accounts and then validate multiple billing scenarios.

. Liaise with vendor for system enhancement and played critical role in
deploying new patches and execute test plan.
. Team Lead for the integration of Billing System with incumbent operator
(Batelco) for wholesale DSL services.

develop the online Top Up for Prepaid subscribers.
