Job Description
Testing Responsibilities:
. Perform alpha testing in Reliance Test Bed as REV-A, REV-B along with
vendor of various products and software feature.
. Testing and Up gradation of Extreme switches in whole network.
. Co-ordinate beta testing of the new feature and product provided by
the Vendor, before implementing it into live network
. Analyze performance report of beta testing results
. Responsible for approving the new feature and product to get
implemented into the network based on the beta test results.
. Take end to end ownership of analyzing the faults and tracking that up
to closure.
. Maintaining the voice quality of the network by constantly testing the
required performance parameters and updating the same if required.
. Testing and analyzing new features.
Technical Responsibilities:
. Providing 2nd level support for Alcatel-Lucent CDMA- EVDO network.
. Handling Critical Outages to restore the fault within SLA in co-
ordination with Vendor and Circle Team
. Carry out hardware and software troubleshooting to restore the CDMA-
EVDO Network Element faults as AP, switch, OMC-RAN, RNC, BTS.
. Troubleshooting of network connectivity between PDSN and AAA.
. Carry out hardware and software troubleshooting to restore the Network

and restoration of faults etc.
. Planning and arranging vendor support for state level Engineers

utilized areas & release necessity for data optimization and planning
