Description Project Olympus is a telecom based project developed to deliver

improvements in measuring, tracking and reporting profitability

and financial metrics at a BTS (Base Transceiver Station)

level. It aims to develop automated system to maintain revenue

and cost detailed data related to each BTS and derive KPI's

which will be useful in taking business decisions. Here data

from various source systems is loaded and transformed at one

level and mapping is developed between different source

systems.

Description Detect, Investigate and Action is java based application

designed to improve the profitability of low performing BTS

towers. Here BTS information is obtained from Olympus database

and low performing sites are identified based on the KPI's and

the underlying reason for such sites is determined with

Bucketization technique. Again these sites are assigned to the

Business users, who takes some action to improve its

profitability.
