improvements in their system and process and to support the

development process involved in the below activities.

Given the geographical spread of BNP corporate group customers and our

business ambitions to serve them in an integrated and efficient way,

the business need to exchange commercial information between different

CRM platforms of BNPP is an absolute must do. In an foreseeable

future, the ability of the different countries dealing with corporate

customers to converge towards a unique CRM operational platform is

very low, hence the need for a bridge architecture.

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for Environment Management of Dev, Testing,

Sandbox(Incident Fix).

. Troubleshooting Siebel server and web server start-up problems.

. Preparing run book for Deployment based on information provided in

Admin Sheet.

. Migration of repository and non-repository Application data like Data

maps, Workflow policy, LOV, Runtime Event, Smart script.

. UNIX scripts to automate srf replacement, Migration and Eim task etc .
