. Follow the subcontractors to ensure the quality, safety and time

schedule of their work.

. Check the subcontractor's productivity rate to ensure that this rate

will match with the project time schedule.

. Studying the subcontractors invoices and prepares their payments as

per the Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) and the subcontractor agreement.
