Running the day-to-day operations on the construction site and controlling the short-term schedule, budgets, quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities for the following jobs:

CONDIE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. – 1999 to 2012

North Shore Aqueduct – Central Utah Water Conservancy

Installation of 40 LF of 60” welded steel pipe, 40 LF of 48” welded steel pipe, and 14 LF of 48” PVC sewer pipe to include vaults. The installation of this system required a slide rail with speed shore and efficiency systems. Additional requirements for this project were flowable fill and CLISM.

Willard City Wastewater Collection System 2008

Installation of 1,350 LF of 8” C-900 PVC water pipe, 87,500 LF of 8” PVC sewer pipe, 3,980 LF 10” PVC sewer line, 2,280 LF of 12” PVC sewer pipe, 6,720 LF 15” PVC sewer pipe, 7,240 LF of 18” PVC sewer pipe, 265-48” manholes, 33-60” manhole, and 68-60” drop manholes. Ensures all project constraints were identified and managed to meet project requirements and works closely with the project superintendent, owner and engineer to ensure timely process of all project documentation and submittals.

16” Waterline – 500 South

Install approximately 7,290 LF of 16” and 27 LF of 8” ductile pipe for the city culinary water system, including associated valves of various sizes, various size fittings, connections to existing lines, a fire hydrant and appurtenances, a culinary water service connection and appurtenances, a manhole and air release valve and appurtenances. Work includes removing or pulverizing existing asphalt, excavation, importing and placing embedment as required and importing backfill when necessary. Restoring finished surfaces in areas disturbed by construction is part of the work.

Union Park Avenue Sewer Line Replacement

Install approximately 2,400 LF of Hobas Sewer Pipe and 1,400 LF of 30” HDPE Pipe. Also includes boring of approximately 700 LF of 36” Steel Casings. Upsizing existing 18” Sewer Line that is flowing at full capacity through very confined apartment complex and busy city streets. Complex bypass pumping setups necessary to work with existing flows in the range of 3800 gallons/minute. Ground conditions are very wet and a vacuum dewatering system was necessary.

Bullhead City, SID #3

Installed 207,963 LF of 8" to 18" PVC main sewer lines, in neighborhoods, throughout the town. Worked close with residents to coordinate abandoning of old septic tanks and the placements of new laterals. Installed 207,963 LF of mandrel sewer line, removal and replacement of 35,581 SF of concrete sidewalks and driveways, install 110,614 LF of 4” On-lot Service Pipe, abandoned 1,713 septic tanks, and installed 1,713 sewer laterals. Completed a lift station, dropped man holes, and reshaped road ways.

800 North Roadway and Utilities

Installation of 80 LF of 12” RCP culvert class B, 6,238 LF of 18” of RCP culvert class B, 5,225 LF of 24” of RCP culvert class B, 2,041 LF of 30” RCP culvert class B, and 134 LF of RCP culvert class B sewer pipe, 12,643 LF of 4” to 12” ductile iron waterline pipe, 28,311 LF of 1” No. 6 copper conduit, erection of 3’ to 14’ concrete precast walls, upgrade and install traffic signals and signage, and landscaping.

Wasatch County Water Efficiency Project Phase II – “On Farm” Piping Schedule I, II, and III

“On farm” piping of pressure irrigation distribution pipelines including 9,275 LF of 48” welded steel pipe, 36,428 LF of 20”- 30” PVC pipe, 51,188 LF of 12” – 18” PVC pipe, 97,842 LF of 4”-10” PVC pipe, 16” to 36” open cut casings, boring under highway, air/vacuum relief stations, PRV stations, 8’X14’X8X PRV vault, meter stations, flowable fill, roadway restoration and landscaping.

Camp Williams Sewer Line Installation

Installation of approximately 4,000 LF of 8’ & 10’ sewer line to include 20 manholes and reconstruction of intersections.

Mapleton City Secondary Water System, Phase I

This project was constructed with the installation of 47,200 linear feet of secondary water line ranging from 4” to 24” of culinary pipe with appurtenances throughout the city streets. Also developed was a 32,000,000 gallon irrigation reservoir which will be a part of an irrigation distribution system operated under Mapleton City Irrigation.

CWP – North Shore Aqueduct, Vineyard Connector Segment

The construction work consists of furnishing and installing the CWP – North Shore Aqueduct, Vineyard Connector Segment, including approximately 6.9 miles of 60” and 48” welded steel pipelines, vaults, and appurtenances; and approximately one mile of Timpanogos Special Services District 48” sewer pipeline and appurtenances; including all testing, training, warranty and startup services.
