training to the electronics department for each store; submitted call reports for all information gathered by
employees, managers and customers; and maintenance on the product and display, and assisted in sales.

training, conducting customer surveys and logging personal observations of trend patterns. Lastly, I setup
demo displays for customer experience and submitted all relevant information of each visit into their
online software data base program.

I worked at a Kiosk for a company called Cashmere Elegance that sells pashmina and various
other scarves at Fair Oaks Mall. I managed the Kiosk alone, but on occasions the team
leader would work shifts with us during the busiest t raffic. Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Service, Operate a cash register, Answer customers' questions, Maintain
clean and orderly checkout area, Process merchandise returns and exchanges, Resolve
customer complaints, And Balance Cash Register. I had open shifts and closing shifts
w hich required a check list before lockdown.
