- Create "block" schedule of assignments of crew to gates to
work the flights
- Ramp shift report, description of events reported during
shift report to upper management - emailed at end of shift
- Attendance exception log, designed to assist electronic time
clock in the event an agent can not clock in/out - emailed at
end of shift to human resource/payroll/upper management
- Supervise all ground service agents and Ramp Coordinators
- Handle U.S. Customs Material and Baggage, U.S. and Air-
