Provided on-site quality control/ health & safety support for environmental
remediation-groundwater & soil cleanup projects. Performed research and
technical assistance in preparation of cost estimates and proposals.
Reviewed project documents, prepared daily quality control reports, updated
O&M manuals, O&M reports, and annual & semi-annual air & monitoring wells
sampling summary reports. Prepared and reviewed submittal documents, as-
built drawings. Performed research on groundwater treatment systems,
preliminary design and cost estimate of ion exchange system for perchlorate
treatment. Trained and certified in QA/QC, health & safety, and value
engineering applications. Used Army Corps of Engineer's QCS software for

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (Jan 2005 - Present)
USACE Kansas City, LTRA Support at Stanton Cleaners, Great Neck, New York
(2007-Present). Prepared environmental reports for a $1.4 million LTM/O&M
project with a 75 gpm and GWETS, operated in conjunction with a SVE system.
Prepared monthly, semi-annual and annual reports for Indoor Air Quality
and Groundwater Monitoring Summary reports in compliance with applicable
regulatory requirements. Prepared cost estimates for modification of
existing contract.
USACE Kansas City PRAC, Environmental Engineer, LTO/LTM, Containment System
Remedial Action, Operable Unit No. 2, Former Nebraska Ordnance Plant, Mead,
Nebraska (2005-2010). Provided environmental support for a $17 million
remedial action TO at a superfund site with groundwater contamination at
elevated concentrations. Support project team with preparation of
technical documents that comply with applicable regulatory requirements,
including environmental protection plan, stormwater pollution prevention
plan, health and safety plan, extraction well installation plan, testing,
startup and performance demonstration plan (for Advanced Oxidation Process
System). Prepared project submittal documents. Provided on-site QC and
H&S support for extraction well maintenance and rehabilitation activities.
USACE Kansas City PRAC, Replace Wyckoff Groundwater Treatment Plant,
Wyckoff/ Eagle Harbor Superfund Site, Bainbridge Island, Washington (2007-
2009). This $8.4 task order involved removal of an existing water
treatment plant and construct a replacement plant with an influent
operating capacity of 70 gpm with future capabilities of an additional 25
gpm. Prepared work plans, prepared & reviewed project submittal documents,
and reviewed as-built drawings.
USACE Kansas City PRAC, Remedial Action Cosden Chemical Coatings
Corporation Superfund Site, Construction of Final Remedial Design, Beverly,
New Jersey (2006-2007). Provided support for a $3.2-million construction of
groundwater and soil vapor extraction treatment systems designed to treat
100 gpm of BTEX/TCE-contaminated water and subsurface vapors. Prepared
environmental and technical documents that comply with applicable
regulatory requirements.
USACE Kansas City PRAC, Main Gate House Adaptive Rehabilitation and Area
Soils Remediation. Roebling Steel Superfund Site, Roebling, New Jersey.
(2006-2009). Provided environmental support for a $6.8 million TO
involving building stabilization, select demolition, reconstruction, and
structural and architectural tasks to preserve and protect an historical
structure. Supported project team with preparation of technical documents
in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
NAVFAC Pacific, Various Sites (Closure of an Unrecorded Underground Storage
Tanks, Barbers Point, Oahu, Hawaii; Remove Concrete Underground Storage
Tanks, Waiawa Drumming Facility, Ewa Junction, Hawaii; Non-Time Critical
Removal Action at Former Underground Storage Tanks 50/51, Hawaii; Pearl
City Fuel Annex, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Non-Time-Critical Removal Action
Building 21 Former Waikele Branch, Hawaii (2005-2006). Assisted project
manager with the technical evaluation of the scope of work and preparation
of technical documents (Work plans, Quality Control Plans, Environmental
Protection Plans, and Health & Safety Plans) that comply with ECC standards
and applicable regulatory requirements.

. Prepared cost estimate ($581K) for the Site Investigation at New
Embassy Compound, Beirut, Lebanon. Project involves Ordnance
Characterization, Intrusive Investigation, Scrap Disposal, and
Environmental Characterization, USACE Huntsville District (2012).
. Prepared cost estimate ($1.3MM) for Time Critical Removal Action (TCRA)
project which involved surface and subsurface removal, sampling and
analysis of surface & sub-surface soil, water & sediment; installation
of monitoring wells; and MPPEH disposal for the Fort Rucker - Golf
Course, Dale County, Alabama, USACE Huntsville District (2012).
. Prepared cost estimate ($5.1MM) for Robotics Military Munitions
Response Program (MMRP) and and Other Explosives Related Services
(OERS) including range maintenance and support activities utilizing
robotic technology and/or conventional manned technologies, Eglin AFB,
