Server: Determine customer’s needs and desires, accomodate customers to

the best of my ability. Meet and greet adult guests and children at the hostess

stand in a professional, timely, attentive and friendly manner. Make coffee,

ice tea, fill juice machine, ice bins, soup, syrup warmer, stock salad unit,

creamers and clean tables as required. Stock the station with napkins,

condiments, dishware, glassware, utensils, to-go supplies, set-up trashcans,

sanitizers and bus pans. Take guest food and beverage orders accurately,

write clearly on guest check, verify order with guests and enter into

computer or present to appropriate kitchen personnel as required. Prepare

and deliver beverages, deliver and present the prepared meals, appetizers,

soups, salads, sides, and desserts. Monitor the guests, be alert to potential

problems, address issues and concerns whenever needed and according to

company policy. Bus, clean and reset tables, keep in contact with guests.

Cash-out guests in a timely manner, thank the departing guests for their

patronage and invite then back for another visit. Assist with take-out

customers.
