Title: Clinical Director & Client Services Coordinator: Part of the

executive management team at a level 14 residential group home for

emotionally disturbed WIC 300 dependent children, 602 probation wards and

private mental health clients. Duties included supervising clinical staff

for the agency and BBS hours, assessing clients for placement, writing

clinical assessments and psychosocial evaluations, crisis intervention,

individual and family therapy. I identified and proposed innovative

strategies for assisting clinical staff in dealing with severely

emotionally disturbed WIC 300 and Probation 602 Wards. I created, designed

and implemented a Day Intensive Treatment Program for youth in a

residential setting. I developed and implemented effective administrative

practices to improve and ensure the safety of clients in residential care,

quality assurance policies, and clinical services. I assisted in creating

weekly, 90-day, 180-day and yearly evaluations for new positions. Worked

with community care licensing on assuring the agency met state licensing
