Professional Experience: Main activities and responsibilities:

• Close coordination with sales team for new sites requirement and planning.

• Responsible for all new capacity sites demand and deployment as per traffic distribution via own

rollout or sharing.

• Responsible for IBS and Repeater planning for circle.

• Coordinating EMF team for emf survey & preparation & submission of EMF Reports to DOT.

• Ensure proper site optimization of all new sites and all neighboring sites and ensuring all the KPI's

are met.

• Analysis of worst cells for quality improvement, tracking of network capacity and resource

deployment, long term trending for growth and improvement, utilization, traffic trend of the

network.

• Close coordination with O&M team for rectification of all O&M issues, TRX deployment, VSWR

measurement, service effecting alarms Resolve customer complaints in totality-Filter out issues and

their root and coordinate with concerns for end to end resolution of coverage/capacity and quality

issues

• Monitor and Analyze GSM Radio Network Statistics (KPI Reports) for poor performing cells and

necessary changes done to improve cells performance on daily basis.

• Achieve and maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the threshold KPIs (Accessibility,

Retainability, Mobility and Service Integrity).

• Optimization of new sites and handling problems like call drop, interference, handover failure.

• KPI affecting alarm tracking and checking of parametric inconsistencies in the Network to optimize

the performance on regular basis.

• Providing new Search-Rings to improve poor coverage and poor quality areas on the basis of

customer complaints, Sales feedback, competitor presence and Drive test analysis.

• Managing routine and monthly DT of entire cluster plus providing input to the customer to improve

overall NW quality with help of DT results.

• Responsible for performing Benchmarking drive test with other operators involving voice and data.

• Frequency planning including full SFH parameters (MA list, MAIO, HSN, etc.) CGI, LAC,

Neighbors for cell of new sites so as to make optimum use of frequency and avoid interference

using TEMS Investigation 10.0 and MCOM and MapInfo.

• Optimization of network KPI’s parameter like SD Drop, TCH Drop, SD Blocking, TCH Blocking,

SD Congestion, TCH Congestion, Random access success rate, HOSR, TCH Assignment etc.

• Daily basis customer complaints to be analyzed.

• Customer complaints forwarded should come with the resolution within TAT and all databases of

customer complaints to be captured and analyzed with plan in every month.
