Project Specific Experience:

URS Corporation: Deputy Resident Engineer Mechanical-(2007-2013): Responsible for Process Plant Construction Management, Installation and Inspection of the $2.5 Billion New Croton Water Treatment Plant for the NYDEP.

Coordinate process construction with the Prime contractors at this Wick's Law construction site.

Dormitory Authority of the State of New York - OCME Forensic & Biology Laboratory Building - Commissioning Consultant (Ameresco) - New York, NY - 2006 - 2007: Commissioning Consultant for this new construction of OCME Forensic and Biology Lab Building responsible for the commissioning the building management systems, the HVAC commissioning and clean generator steam boiler startup.

University of Buffalo - Project Manager - Buffalo, NY- Project Manager (Ameresco) -2006 - 2006: Responsible for the removal of the dormitory windows ( 360 ) and the removal of the asbestos window caulking and replacing them with new NYPA energy efficient windows for the University of Buffalo.

State University of New York - Environmental Science and Forestry Campus, - Project Construction Supervisor - Syracuse, NY - 2005: Project Construction Supervisor responsible for overseeing the removal and installation of two chiller units and auxiliary equipment at the campus.

Duane Arnold Nuclear Power Plant LLC, NMC - Mechanical Supervisor - 2005: Mechanical Supervisor responsible for the removal and installation of two out of six Yuba Feed Water Heaters, associated piping and control valves.

Entergy Nuclear Northeast LLC - (James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant) - Material Control Analyst - 2000 thru 2003 - Responsible for ensuring Entergy's commitments to regulatory agencies were implemented during procurement, repair and receipt inventory control process operations.

Entergy Nuclear Northeast LLC - (James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant)- Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor -1993 thru 2000 - Responsible for daily supervision of in house plant maintenance, plant modifications, and provided supervision during refueling outages averaging $5.5 million yearly.

New York Power Authority- (James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant) – Assistant Contract Service Engineer-1983 thru1993- Assisted the contract service engineer, in accordance with the General Maintenance Service Contract, in the management and administration of the maintenance construction contractor working at the nuclear work site. Supervised the installation of plant modifications and maintenance work during plant outages conducted by the General Maintenance Contractor and other contractors at the nuclear work site. Averaging $6.5million in yearly contracts.

Mechanical Maintenance Planner/Scheduler - Preplan and manage individual work activity packages at the nuclear work site including work estimates, cost estimates, and job duration. Provided required parts and services. Maintained proper procedures and documentation to support the work.

Skinner Engine Company - Steam Turbine Installation/Sup -Erie Pa- 1980 - Responsible for the installation and contract servicing of steam turbines and the auxiliary support systems for industrial, chemical, marine, and utility power generating systems.
