Managed process improvement through development and implementation of label engineering, maintenance

programs and capital purchases, supporting all production needs to meet or exceed waste, productivity, EBITA and

safety goals.

Directed label engineering providing assistance for new layouts and press configurations determining proper

web paths and/or equipment additions then facilitating the manufacture and install of equipment which increased

productivity and scheduling flexibility across multiple press platforms enabling the presses to print and cure

more colors for enhanced combination printing.

Monitored and analyzed workflow processes, procedures, and line activities identifying and resolving

bottlenecks to maximize efficiency through participation and support of multiple Kiazen events.

Relocated equipment and work environments that encouraged overall team communication eliminating the

backlog of work in process (WIP) resulting in a consistent reduction of wasted time and materials.

Designed and implemented a database for item setup that reduced operator error, setup time and waste.
