Project Manager– Responsible for representing Lake Health’s contractual obligations of construction projects. Resolve

conflicts arising from design problems, vendor discrepancies and monitor project goals toward the budget and construction

time. Intitiate construction meetings. Review proposed change orders, initiate field inspections and produce documentation.

Construction Coordinator/Senior Engineer Responsible in all phases of engineering for Plumbing, HVAC and sprinkler

systems. Managed the construction projects of the entire company. Solved issues, attended construction meetings,

reviewed shop drawings.

1991-1997 TEC Inc. Eastlake, Ohio

Project Engineer Responsible in all phases of engineering for Plumbing, HVAC and Sprinkler systems. Directed the work

of other designers and draftsmen to complete the projects within budgeted hours.

Estimator/Project Manager Estmated mechanical projects: HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler and Controls. Coordinated and

established work schedules and manpower. Inspected and managed projects.
