GlobalNet Services, Inc. (GNSI) Program/Project Manager 08/2010 to 01/ 2013

Project Manager for the Regulatory Business Information System (RBIS) for the FDA Office of Regulatory Affairs

(ORA) with a staff of 25, including 10-13 subcontractors. Managed schedules, scope, budget and resources for this

software development project, supporting over 6000 users using SAP Business Objects, Oracle, Java and Business

Intelligence. Established the GNSI PMO, including providing CMMI Level 3 compliant standards and tools, earned

value management, FDA lifecycle document templates, budget, risk and training management, while being billable.

• Increased the scope of FDA contract to include GIS, analytics, business intelligence and enterprise search

capabilities

• Provided mentoring, support and management analysis to variety of projects

• Evaluated and implemented a new timekeeping and project management reporting system (Unanet) which

reduced costs across the company, standardizing invoices, project cost reporting and budget data

Complaints and Referrals Repository (TCR), (Oracle and web based Java); the Coast Guards Boating and Accident

Reporting system (BARD), (.net, web based); refurbishment of a LAN Server Room at DHS; asset management in a

secure environment; and the design for, installation and repair of several Coast Guard call centers.

• Reduced cost to customer while increasing revenue by outsourcing Coast Guard Telephony work to local

subcontractors, reducing travel and thereby overall costs

product).
