EXPERIENCE
CAMP MOVE IT LLC
(2008-2012)
Founder and CEO
Launched Camp Move IT LLC in 2008. An all girls sleep-away summer camp, ages 7-16. The
mission of the camp is to empower girls to be strong, creative and independent thinkers, through
an innovative program utilizing the arts. The camp was launched in Maine, after securing an
investor, revenue doubled in 2 years. As testimonials point out, girls had a life altering
experience. After 3 years of success we were able to self fund a location in upstate New York and
ran the program successfully as well as adding a Broadway section and a section for women.
Responsibilities as Founder and CEO included program development, operations, financials, staff
management, marketing, recruitment, live events, public relations and media. In charge of all
staff recruitment and training and managed a staff of 35 and 55 campers for the summer season.
Insured compliance for various state departments. Headed renovations of 33,000 sq. ft. building
and oversaw facilities management of 55 acres and 5 buildings.
CAMP MOVE IT ON BROADWAY; NYC
(2010-2012)
Founder and CEO
Developed short form program derived from our successful Camp Move It franchise. Long
weekend on Broadway in NYC, teaching teens all aspects of Broadway production as well as
weaving in our empowerment sessions utilizing the arts. Responsibilities included marketing,
operations, logistics, and program management. Booked and scheduled professionals in various
industries to donate their time to share their experiences with girls. Faculty included female
CEOs, artists, and innovators.

(2000-2007)
FOUNDER AND CEO
Launched Gettin’ Proud in 2000 as a for profit business. A one week, traveling empowerment
program for boys and girls ages 7-18. The mission of the program was to empower boys and girls
to become confident communicators by using movement, acting. Teaching the power of body
language as a tool for positive communication. Responsibilities included program development,
sales, operations, financials, staff management, marketing, recruitment, live events, public
relations and media.

Branded and launched in 2000. This same program was also tailor made to empower litigators to
present winning opening and closing arguments. A version of DancEsteem called “Courtroom As
Stage” was launched and the 2002 NY State Litigators conference in NYC.

ACTRESS AND SPOKESPERSON
Successful run as a character on As The World Turns, sponsored by Procter and Gamble. Played
Marcy and maintained the schedule, shooting, and all personal appearances required with the job.
Time intensive job with a requirement of memorization of up to 50 pages of new script each day.
“On camera” expert, working in video and film. Responsibilities as a spokesperson were to self

ACTOR, SINGER, DANCER
Broadway Musicals: Music Man, Grand Hotel, A Chorus Line, Jekyll and Hyde and Damn
Yankees. Responsibilities, as Actor, Singer, Dancer were to uphold the brands of each show as the
product. This is a high profile position so upholding the integrity of the company is as important
in off-duty time as it is while on-duty.
