Genentech is a pharmaceutical project of Roche. The project deals with Sales Operations and information

management(SOIM) users. Clinical specialist provides the details of the medicinal brand. The project

manages the territory of each medical representative to meet their targets.

Description:

SRS is an SFDC application, where the request submitted by the customer from different up streams are

sent to either the internal or downstream system based on the different business logic. Finally these requests

are solved by the agents or passed to concerned applications.

Communication between SRS System input channels and downstream system is accomplished through

SOAP messages.

Requests from input channels are routed to internal or external systems based on workflows and triggers.

Description:

SRS (Service Request System) is an SFDC application. The reporting part in SRS is taken care by SRS web

reports which is a .Net web application.

Data from SFDC oracle tables is copied daily to SRS web reports(SQL ) using SSIS packages. The reports

are developed using C#.NET and tested in local machines. Then the reports are promoted to staging and

production IIS servers using an RFC.
