I founded this company as a design-build contractor and completed several
specialty trade contracts for the US Air Force typically valued at around
$100k which required simultaneously managing up to 20 employees and
subcontractors located in three different states. I stopped pursuing
construction projects in 2002 so I could focus on gaining other work
experience and learning additional skills. Since 2010 and at other times
in the past I have used this business entity to provide consulting services
to corporate clients in a variety of industries located in North America,

for the estimating, engineering, design, project entitlement, scheduling,

restaurant, retail, MFR, high-tech, office space and public works projects
valued at between $50k and $5m. In 2003, I was promoted to Director of AEC

government relations and business development, which required managing 10
- 50 office and field employees and a dozen or more subcontractors and
design professionals working on multiple projects running simultaneously in
Southern California and other areas throughout the USA. I resigned from
this company at the end of 2010 to save the jobs of my staff during the
economic recession and to pursue opportunities overseas.
