in the warehouse department when needed.

Duties included: Inc charge of shipping/Receiving dairy products on semi-tucks.
Maintain and update on all invoices and Inventory. Provide maintenance on
assembly lines and operate all fork-lifts and tow-motors.
Miceli’s Dairy Production (2007-current)
Title: Cheesemaker
Duties Included: In charge of the production of mozzarella and provolone cheese;
operating press for pasteurization of milk, control gauges for temperature
allowances of hot water and steam, cooking temperatures of vats, and various
knowledge of instruments to determine when cheese is finished. Also learned C.I.P.
training and the production of cream from milk.
