• 5 years experience administering mission critical information systems for overseas operations managing set-up,

configuration, and maintenance of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System and Secret Internet

Protocol Router Network WANs (DoD) utilizing satellite communication systems, conventional network hardware

and KG-175/75 cryptologic devices

• Provided administration, accountability, and availability of Intelligence Operations Servers running Windows Server

2003, and Tactical Exploitation Group running Windows XP in both combat and garrison environments

• Successfully provided Tier 1 & 2 support including Tandberg video teleconferencing, file server, print server,

exchange server, group policy support, folder redirection, and roaming profile services
