From June 2009 and present:

. 2G Optimization Engineer.

o KPIs monitoring & TOP N analysis.

o Preparing change requests to improve the network performance.

o Preparing the weekly & monthly optimization reports for the

region.

o Troubleshooting & Optimizing Worst Cells in terms of CSSR, DCR,

HSR, TCH & SDCCH Congestions.

o GPRS/EDGE Network Performance Monitoring at air interface.

o Daily Basis KPIs monitoring like GPRS/EDGE DL/UL Throughput, TBF

UL/DL Assignment Success Rate, TBF UL/DL Drop Rate, TBF UL/DL

Congestion Rate.

o Global parameters Audit 2G.

o Generating path balance, overshooting & interference studies for

2G.

. RF & DT team leader for all outside Cairo regions of the Plan &

Design Department Of HUAWEI Technologies Co., Ltd. (MENA) (Etisalat

Misr TK Project).

o Mange all the DT TLs for out-side Cairo regions to get the best

performance and finish all the required planning and

optimization requirements.

o Interface with the Customer planning and optimization teams to

have the best network KPI by supporting all HUAWEI and Etisalat

planning & optimization teams in their tasks.

From Sep 2008 - June 2009:

. RF & DT team leader in two regions of the Plan & Design Department Of

(Etisalat Misr TK Project),

. Coordinator to all DT teams to solve the network bad KPI problems,

full DT and Analysis for the problems reasons, and suggestions with

reporting to solve them,

. Mange the DT teams to get monthly 2G & 3G & Optimization targets,

. Contact with the customer planning & optimization teams to enhance the

performance of the network and solve all the KPI problems for both 2G

& 3G sides.

From Sep, 2007 - Sep, 2008:

. DT Engineer in Plan & Design Department Of Ericsson (Etisalat Misr

TK Project),

Full Analysis of Coverage, Quality and Performance of the Network including

New sites, roads and clusters.

Check all the reasons of the bad KPI of the network and suggestion to solve

it with full analyses and reporting.

Have Good Experience in all the planning and optimization and its software

such as GENEX NASTAR, LMT and RND ", sites construction and BTS

construction.

GSM Training:

1- RNP & RNO introduction / RNP working flow / RNO working

flow.

2- Traffic statistics analysis.

3- Coverage and capacity of GSM system, RND tools (GSM).
