Design of DSP/FPGA based radar electronic units. Target detection and

target tracking algorithm

application on high speed embedded electronic units. OpenGL based radar

console coding on

embedded Linux OS. Participated in a small team of highly skilled

engineers who were able to

implement a coastal surveillance radar in less than a year from scratch.

Wrote the target detection

embedded DSP codes based on adaptive thresholding for clutter rejection.

The system is able to

detect small boats depending on seastate. Wrote the target detection

library for crossing-moving

targets based on kalman filters. Held the NATO secret and National

Cryptography clearances.

Dealed also with EO/IR/RF jammer system modelling, modelling of some RF

guided missiles, laser

guided missiles. Used signal injection technique for determination of

characteristics of missiles as a

part of Hardware-in-the-loop system test.(to fake the missile as if it was

flying)
