Initiated, researched and started implementing a plan for moving WebTrends' documentation process to a single-source publishing solution using the FrameMaker source and WebWorks Publisher. This included conversion to HTML and HTML Help. WinHelp conversion is pending.
Initiated and wrote the WebTrends Documentation Style Guide. This task included creating the FrameMaker and WebWorks Publisher templates.
Re-worked and updated the following manuals: the WebTrends Security Analyzer User's Guide and the WebTrends for Firewalls and VPNs User's Guide.
