Initiated value add solutions for assets to reduce operating costs and increase NOI, specifically thru

implementation of energy management solutions, interior renovations and renegotiation of vendor

Worked with Argus models to forecast cash flow projections.

Budgeted and managed multiple capital projects from design stage thru completion including roof

replacement, lighting upgrades, installation of new chillers and landscape renovations.
