Senior Property Manager

Managed approximately 1.2 million square feet of multi-tenant office space for third party institutional

Initiated value add solutions for assets to reduce operating costs and increase NOI, specifically thru

implementation of energy management solutions, interior renovations and renegotiation of vendor
