retaining strap failure, coffee maker fire, fire alarm system failure, flame retardant textile testing, and oil combustion at elevated

temperature and pressure.

Model Maker Computer-aided design of scale models based on dimensional data. Complete fabrication of courtroom

models and demonstratives. Scale models including: moving factory machinery and human figure to show safety deficiencies,

partially flexible natural gas service to demonstrate joint failure and fire origin, complete intersection of accident including

vehicles in appropriate detail and foliage obstructions, offroad mining equipment and scale terrain to show vehicle collision,

dumpster hauling trailer to show strap hold downs and tip over issues, elevator car and hardware problems, automotive seat

sectioned and reassembled to display frame deficiencies, child resistant window latch prototype fabrication for demonstration,

shield for side-mounted gas tank to show safe design in side impact collision, and cargo container lifting vehicle with

interchangeable modules to show existing design flaws and alternative safe designs.

Design Drafter Computer-aided design of components and assemblies for automated wire and film winding machinery.

Assist in design and drafting of automated carabiner production system, film winding and processing equipment, and

automatic part dispensing machinery for floppy disk manufacturing. Fabrication and testing of electronic controlled wind tunnel

smoke generating equipment. Procurement, component fabrication, electrical and mechanical assembly of machinery.
