EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY
During my 20+ year career in commercial real estate I have directly leased and managed Class A, B, and C office, office condominiums, office townhouses, warehouse, retail shopping centers, and retail stand-alone buildings ranging in size from 1 million square feet to 1,200 square feet. I have performed these tasks in 15 states throughout the Eastern, Midwest, South, and Southwest United States. I have participated in all aspects of the income and expense development and implementation of these assets, reporting directly to principal ownership, CEOs, executive committee members, and financial institutions. I have an excellent working understanding of all aspects of commercial property Lease Agreements, Amendments, Lease Cancellations, Purchase, and Sale Agreements. I have personally negotiated approximately 400 transactions during my career, including right-of-way/condemnation and adjacent/mutual access easements. I would estimate that I have directly supervised an additional 600 transactions and settlements assisted by 3rd party brokers.
Above all, I value the positive learning experience of building positive relations with tenants, employers, co-workers, investors, and 3rd party contractors.
