Company and was the youngest successful bidder for this project. Managed the production facilities at Malaysia and China, quality compliance
programs and the logistics and supply chain operations for all the delivery sites. Built a strong vendor base, negotiated and sourced the
complete order for 6% less than Company target price.
Reliance Life Insurance Company Pan India Project
Project Coordinator for a US$12 million pan India project for Reliance Industries, India s biggest conglomerate supplying and fixing modular
furniture for their 1600 offices across India within a time span of 9 months. Managed the production facilities at Malaysia and China, quality
compliance programs and the logistics and supply chain operations across India. Earned a top performance certificate for timely deliveries and
efficient after sales service.
Handled annual export business worth US$4 million for international buyers like Pottery Barn, The Home Depot, Pier1 Imports, World Market,
Walmart, Laura Ashley, TJ Maxx, Zara Home.
Designed and set up a business model to improve vendor network, leading to a reduction of 13% in cost.
Spearheaded the retail division of the Company and opened its first flagship store in New Delhi, India. Responsibilities included setting up the
right priorities and processes for supplier resources in Company stores, fixing out of stock issues, setting up promotion execution and pricing
programs and established replenishment schedule programs.
