PRINCIPAL, SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS TEAM (2005-2010)

Selected as one of seven senior executives that formed the Booz Allen Supply Chain and Logistics team. Grew a new team serving Army, Air Force and other DOD clients while simultaneously training the larger team leadership and staff (consisting primarily of new hires) in Booz Allen processes for program management, P&L tracking, opportunity tracking, employee evaluation processes, and corporate culture.

ASSOCIATE, SENIOR ASSOCIATE, AND PRINCIPAL, ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT TEAM (1998-2005) Progressive assignments culminating in leadership of a team of 100+ providing change management, program management, analysis and subject matter expertise to Army and DOD clients in the areas of logistics, installation management, readiness analysis, and human resources.

PROGRAM AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: COO level of responsibility for management and P&L of client delivery projects:

* Program Manager for Booz Allen`s LOGWORLD GSA contract with more than $35 million annually

* For the C-17 Systems Program Office, led logistics subject matter experts in a joint Booz Allen team to conduct a $6 million Business Case Analysis (BCA) of the C-17 sustainment program. Implementation of recommended shift to organic support is projected to save the Air Force more than $1 billion in sustainment costs and greatly improve ability to comply with 50/50 depot maintenance legislation

* For the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Logistics, conducted a $1 million project to develop a Product Support Decision Model (PSDM) now used to better inform and align decisions about sourcing (commercial vs organic) of product support during the acquisition and sustainment life cycles.

* Led two teams in projects worth $4 million, supporting Air Force nuclear logistics efforts to -restore a culture of compliance-.

* For Army Sustainment Command, won an initial contract ($8 million, 22 FTE annually) for the establishment of the Distribution Management Center. Upon successful establishment, transferred staff and contract to new -incubator- senior executive, where the center grew to more than 300 staff, $30 million in sales, and $10 million in revenue annually.

* For Army Materiel Command, won and led multiple projects in the Operations Center, the G-3 and the G-6 providing process reengineering, transformation support, and logistics subject matter expertise, development of a Joint Logistics Analysis Tool, and capture of Iraqi Freedom `lessons learned`, at a value of $3-5 million annually.

* Under a $5 million contract with OSD P&R, developed the operating concept and initial operating model of the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).

* Conducted a $2 million study of the Army depot maintenance enterprise organization, processes and requirements. Additional studies, projects and a continuing relationship with a $1.5 million plus annual revenue stream resulted from this activity.

* Capture manager and program manager for a $47 million FEDSIM Millennia contract which provided a range of change management, business process improvement, automation development and improvement and related services under more than 80 sub tasks to more than 30 sub-activities of ASA M&RA.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CAPTURE MANAGEMENT: Key leadership roles in multiple, successful, high value procurements:

* Capture manager for all aspects of Air Force Depot Engineering Support Program III (DESP III), a $1.9 billion IDIQ contract (won)

* Co-lead for writing of the logistics sample task order (one of three) on the Army $16 billion R2-3G IDIQ contract (won)

* Lead writer for logistics for the Army $ 6 billion S-3 IDIQ contract (won)

* Capture manager for TACOM ILSC BPA $3.3 million contract (won)

* Shaped and captured a $50 million IDIQ contact for the Army HR Solutions office.

* Developed and trained staff on market development management tools and subsequently participated in development of corporate level CRM system for opportunity management

* Developed and captured new business in Army, Air Force, Navy, DLA and NIH markets as well as supporting capture efforts by other Booz Allen teams across the entire Federal market

TEAM AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT

* Key leader of the core team that formed the Booz Allen Supply Chain and Logistics team, and grew it from start-up to more than 450 staff and $80 million annual revenue in less than five years.

* Served as leader for the growth of five equivalent level senior executives and teams through hiring/promotion, mentoring, and transfer of staff and revenue streams to the new executives.

UNITED STATES ARMY 1970-1998

28 years as a logistician and resource manager in the US Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel. Service included command and staff duty in five divisions, USEUCOM, the Army Staff, and combat tours in Vietnam and Gulf 1, and deployment with the NATO/IFOR peacekeeping force into Croatia/Bosnia.

* Deputy Director for Resource Management in the Army's Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics - management of $3 billion logistics program and $9 billion Supply Working Capital Fund
