Involved in Internal SAP test of the IDoc interface combination of the technical,

IDocs are copied in the file system and can be processed by the SAP application (Inbound

processing).

Involved in validating and suggesting the optimum values for the Database Configuration

Creation of Table Owner Siebel and Siebel Administrator SADMIN, using

createuser.sql and grantuser.sql and verification.

Limited, Kelambakkam for their SDP and EHTP divisions. SAP HR configuration is started

with SDPs sub-areas ADMN, MCIS and PDC interfaces for collection of data from time

recording subsystem to SAP system.

Responsibilities:

Involved in configuring Time Management and Payroll functions.

Studied the existing HR practices followed in the organization. The Enterprise model

was constructed by assigning the organizational units to the R3 Organizational Units after

deciding on the To-Be structure of the organisation after implementation.

The HR practices followed were mapped with SAPs functions and the functions were

customized to suit to the practices adopted in the organization. Personnel Data such as

Personal Details and Payroll Data for a department were collected, uploaded and the

various transactions were tested in the configured system.

Defined Payroll structure, created Pay roll accounting areas, control records for the

Payroll areas, recorded specifications for Retroactive accounting and defined

Administrators for Payroll Accounting.

Defined Wage types and assigned them to the respective Wage type groups.

Defined Characteristics, Permissibility for Wage types and respective Processing

Classes and Evaluation Classes specifications were made.

Configured all the settings to run the Payroll program including Absences /Attendance

valuation using Averages and Factors. The various settings were made in the customizing

menu. The International Schema for Payroll run was changed and adopted to run the

organizations payroll.

Defined Public holiday calendar and Personal Work Schedules after necessary customizing

settings were made. Absences/Attendance catalogues, quota for the organization was defined

and settings for Substitutions/Availability were made.

Involved in creating settings for time data recording for time evaluations.

Developed value table using generated table maintenance dialog for Infotypes values for

M/s Pentafour Software & Exports Limited.
