Curtis makes every effort to ensure that product flows through the Litho module by removing hold lots in a timely manner as by proactively identifying areas of delay and seeking solutions to resolve issues.

He has identified several quality issues with unclear specs, APO errors and poor MMS instructions As a result, there have been zero quality events in his area on Shift 4.

Curtis continues to display a strong understanding of the process on the Ushio tool, this allows him the ability to make technical decisions or changes when dealing with Pils and APO's.

Curtis is L1O certified all Litho tools, and cross trained on three tools in the Dry module.
